Payment is due at the time service is provided unless other arrangements have been made in advance.  We offer a variety of payment options to ensure that your dental treatment, orthodontic care and cosmetic procedures are affordable.

• We accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

• Extended payment options are available for those who need them.

Dental Insurance

We are a fee for service dental office.  About half of our patients have dental insurance.  You will find the dental fees in our office quite reasonable for the service you are provided.  Unfortunately, we do not participate in HMO/DMO programs. We have patients that have insurance with MetLife Dental, Delta Dental of Illinois, Cigna Dental Healthcare, Guardian, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Big Blue, medical insurance and more.
